After a bit of a late start, we went off to the coast today as planned. I didn't get the photo's taken of the boat in the end, cos we were running late and it was all a bit rushed. Actually we ended up bumping into PJ, who parks his trucks at Bob's pad, and our car was in the way. Anyway, Daile liked the boat. The girls don't feel so happy about it. They have declared their allegiance to the the 'little one' and don't want to get rid of it. I'm sure they'll like this boat better when they realise they can play on it...
Anyway, we got the little boat, and took it down to Pelican beach. After not that much playing in the shoe...we went out a bit and found this little island, with a beach that was really lovely, so we camped up for a couple of hours. Although it was sunny, it was a bit parky if you were wet...as the girls were. I got them to run up and down the beach. Molly and Matilda got into that a bit more than Phoebe, who was wimp-ing out a bit.
